Prepare a Site <br /> Health and Safety Plan, 2.) Notify Underground Service Alert(USA)to clear the site for underground <br /> utilities, 3.) Secure the services of a private utility-locating company to confirm the absence of underground <br /> utilities at the well locations, and 4.)
