Please use neat cement and correct Figure 2. <br /> You did not mention using a tremie pipe, nor did you mention what pressure will be <br /> applied, nor the length of time the pressure will be applied when pressure grouting. <br /> I have reviewed previous reports and was able to find documentation for all wells except <br /> MW-10 and MW-11 stating that eight-inch augers were used when installing the wells.
