• Page 2 of 2 <br /> To: Javad Masoudi <br /> Subject: Frontier Transportation Facility 425 Larch Road, Tracy California <br /> Good afternoon Javad, <br /> Having reviewed Addendum to Proposed Work Plan for Groundwater Remediation, dated 27 August 2013, <br /> for Frontier Transportation Facility located at 425 Larch Road in Tracy, the following concerns still exist: <br /> You propose to install a temporary packer at approximately 13 feet below surface grade (bsg) and conduct <br /> two separate water pump tests using DPE3 and MW-3R as pumping wells to assess the petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon contamination in the shallow zone (above 13 feet bsg)versus the deeper zone (below 13 feet <br /> bsg). Both of these wells are screened between 5 and 20 feet below surface grade(bsg)with a filter pack <br /> from approximate 4 to 20 feet bsg. You have indicated that a confined clayey sand/silty sand exists from <br /> approximately 5 to 13 feet bsg.
