Accordingly, we computed the daily operational charge on the basis of 22 operational hours per day, arriving at a computational net of 28 billable days for the event. In invoicing the operational time of the extraction unit, AA&A uses cost guidelines established between the USTCF and CalClean in June of 2007.CalClean's daily rate for events of 28 days is $1,890 per day, and the rate for 30 days is $1,600.00 per day. As a courtesy to the Client,AA&A bills this event on the 30-day daily rate for 28 days. As CalClean is regularly marked up 15%by the prime consultant, we established a USTCF accepted daily rate for the event of$1,840.00. The field work, methodology, results and recommendations for the fust treatment event are documented in the Dual-Phase Extraction Remediation Event Report dated April 13, 2012,which was submitted to the SJCEHD.
