A description of laboratory quality
assurance/quality control procedures proposed for the analyses are described in the SOPS
presented in Appendix A.
4.3 Technical Report: Upon completion of field and laboratory activities, a technical report
will be prepared summarizing results and findings (including the final borehole logs, well
completion diagrams, and laboratory analysis reports). Evaluations will be provided
regarding the lateral extent of PPC migration in soil and groundwater. Finally,
recommendations regarding the need for further site assessment and/or site remedial
actions will be presented.
5.0 SITE SAFETY PLAN
The site safety plan for Twining personnel assigned to this project is presented in Appendix
B.
