Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report
Frontier Transportation
0399-085
April 5, 1999
' BEII recommends that quarterly groundwater monitoring continue at the site until
constant or decreasing dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations are observed. Should
dissolved petroleum hydrocarbons identify a constant decrease for the next three quarterly
' monitoring episodes, then a request for closure will be submitted to the PHS/EHD. Groundwater
samples will be analyzed for BTEX using EPA method 8020, TPH-g and TPH-d using EPA
method 8015m, and oxygenates using EPA method 8260 in all future monitoring episodes as
directed by the PHS/EHD. In addition, BEII concludes that a vacuum drawdown not be
Performed as recommended in the previous Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report. BEII will
also submit results from a survey of domestic, municipal, agricultural, industrial and any other
wells within a 2,000-foot radius conducted at the site.
r
r
4
I
1
