Weber Street, Third Floor. <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject: Letter Addendum to Summary Report.Subsurface Investigation at 203 South <br /> Lincoln Street, Manteca, California <br /> Dear Ms. Lagorio: <br /> ATC Associates has prepared this letter addendum to the Smith. Technology Summary Report <br /> Subsurface Investigation, dated December 17, 1997, for the above.referenced site (Figure 1). At <br /> the request of Ms. Mary Meays of San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Health Department (PHS/EHD), ATC resampled well MW1 on February 26, 1998. Prior to <br /> sampling, the depth to water was measured in the well at 13.54 feet below the top of casing. The <br /> depth to groundwater has decreased 4.29 feet since last monitored in November 1997. <br /> The well was purged of at least three well volumes and pH, EC, and temperature were allowed to. <br /> stabilize. One groundwater sample was collected, placed on ice, and submitted to American <br /> Environmental Network (AEN)Laboratory. The sample was filtered in the lab and analyzed for <br /> total,lead. The sample contained no detectable concentrations of lead.
