The plain did not include training of the following elements: <br /> 1. Familiarity with the emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of <br /> a hazardous material. <br /> 2. Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> 3. Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> 4. Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include familiarity with <br /> the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's <br /> training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> During the inspection, one 55 gallon drum and one 5 gallon pail of floor stripper and one 55 gallon drum and three 5 <br /> gallon pails of floor finish were found on site that have not been reported and the updated information has not been <br /> submitted.
