r CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MS-89-40 RAMON PEREYRA Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval of the parcel map. 1 . Department of Public Works: a. A parcel map is required. b. A five-foot-wide roadway dedication is required on Golden Gate Avenue along the frontage of Parcel 2 . c . An irrevocable offer to dedicate a 25-foot-wide roadway for the extension of Alice Street is required along the frontage of Parcel 1 . d. The frontage improvements for Golden Gate Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with the standard for one-half of a 50-foot-wide right-of-way urban street . The construction of the frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the Department of Public Works, in which event the owner shall execute a deferred frontage improve- ment agreement prior to approval of the parcel map. A $250 fee is required for processing, per Ordinance No. 3337, in addition to a copy of the grant deed and an engi- neer ' s estimate with a drawing of the required frontage improvements on a form to be supplied by -the Department of Public Works . e. The frontage improvements for Alice Street shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot-wide right-of-way urban street .
