The new <br /> facility name will be North American Specialty Products LLC. The need to have hazardous waste <br /> operating permit number PT0010676 issued in NASP's name would occur at closing, which is <br /> expected to occur on April 30, 2013. <br /> As noted above,the need to have this permit in NASP's name is contingent upon the actual closing <br /> of the Transaction. However, NASP respectfully requests that the SJCHD begin the approval <br /> process at this time to allow the changes to be effective at closing. A representative from NASP <br /> will contact the SJCHD once closing of the Transaction has occurred. <br /> NASP understands that SJCHD is requiring all reports and revisions be submitted via the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Once closing of the Transaction has <br /> occurred,NASP will create a new CERS account. <br />
