PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. Denial of parcel map waiver; a parcel map is required . <br /> b. An irrevocable offer to dedicate a 30 foot strip for <br /> Public Road purposes on the easterly extension of <br /> Acampo Road along the south side of Parcels 3 and 4 is <br /> required . <br /> C . Access for Parcels 2 and 3 to Cord Road shall be within <br /> the 25 foot fee strips of Parcels 2 and 3 respectively. <br /> d . The limits of the 100-year flood shall be delineated on <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> e. Configuration of watercourse crossings shall be subject <br /> to Public Works Department review and approval . <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> �. Construction of an individual domestic water well , on <br /> both parcels, under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Health District. <br /> b . This tentative division of land must meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of Gan Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 if <br /> used for residential development. These parcels may <br /> require sewage systems designed by a registered <br /> engineer. <br /> ' <br />
