Antonia K. J. Vorster - 3 - 24 November 2008
bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate at 87 mg/kg is above the residential PRG (35 mg/kg) and
below the industrial PRG (120 mg/kg). No other soil sample locations contained
concentrations above their respective PRGs. Based on the limited area of residual
concentration levels above residential PRGs there does not appear to be a threat to
human health through dermal contact at the site.
Summary: Based on these evaluations the remaining residual concentrations of volatile
organic compounds at the site do not appear to present either a threat to water quality or
human health.
