The Conditional No <br /> Further Action Determination stated that the effective date of this Determination will be issued <br /> to you after the Regional Water Board receives documentation that the four monitoring wells <br /> have been destroyed with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department approval <br /> and oversight. <br /> You provided the required information and therefore the No Further Action Determination for <br /> this site is effective as of the date of this letter. In a letter report dated 23 June 2009, your <br /> consultant, URS Corporation, provided documentation demonstrating that the four monitoring <br /> wells were destroyed on 11 through 13 February 2009 with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department oversight. <br /> Issuance of a No Further Action Determination does not preclude future action by the Regional <br /> Water Board if subsequent monitoring, testing, or analysis at 400 West Gandy Dancer Drive in <br /> Tracy indicates that the remedial action standards and objectives were not achieved; a new or <br /> previously undiscovered release occurs at this site; or if new information indicates that further <br /> site investigation and remedial action are required to prevent a significant risk to human health <br /> and Safety, the environment, or W2ter quality <br /> If you have questions about this letter, you may call Nathan Casebeer at (916) 464-4665. <br /> Please note that staff oversight charges for work associated with this no further action letter <br /> will bei billed on the third quarter 2009 invoice, in the same manner as previously billed. <br /> ANTONIA K.J.
