The northeastern portion of the site is occupied by a parking area and a
shipping yard, and the southern portion consists of vacant land.
A rail spur is located on the western side of the property, and is connected to the Union Pacific
Railroad (UPRR) tracks that run in a north/south direction immediately adjacent to the west side
of the site. Tank cars are parked in four available areas at the end of the rail spur for bottom off-
loading to the facility.
The building, rail spur, parking area, and shipping yard are all surrounded by a chain-link fence.
The vacant land on the southern side of the property does not have a fence around it.
UMVADoMCelotexSoil Gas WPS61 Gas WP.doc 1-2
