Groung Water Sample Collection and Analysis <br /> Following the installation of the monitoring wells,ground water monitoring and sampling activities <br /> will be conducted at the site a quarterly basis for one year (four sampling events). Additionally, <br /> monitoring activities will include recording depth to ground water measurements and collection of <br /> ground water samples. Ground water sample collection procedures are described in Section 4.4. <br /> Groundwater samples will be analyzed by a State of California DHS-certified laboratory for the <br /> following constituents: <br /> • TPH-g by EPA Method 8015 Modified, <br /> • BTEX and MTBE by EPA Method 602 and <br /> • Fuel oxygenate: di-isopropyl ether(DIPS), ethyl tertiary butyl ether(ETBE), methyl tertiary <br /> butyl ether(MTBE), tertiary amyl methyl ether(TAME) and tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA) <br /> by EPA Method 8260 Modified. <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analyses,testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control (QA/QC)reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in a report <br /> with the findings and recommendations. <br /> 3.5. REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings of the investigation. The report will include a description of the work <br /> performed and the results of the sampling and analysis. Conclusions and applicable <br /> recommendations will be included in the report. <br /> The report will be in a format acceptable to the PHS-EHD and the CVRWQCB, and will be <br /> reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist. Additionally, quarterly ground water <br /> monitoring reports presenting the results and findings of ground water monitoring and sampling <br /> activities will be prepared on a quarterly basis. <br /> 4.0. FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> All reporting and assessment activities will be overseen by an AGE representative under the <br /> supervision of a California Registered Geologist. Procedures for the soil sampling, monitoring well <br /> installation, well development, ground water sampling, equipment decontamination and sample <br /> Advanced CcoEnvironmcntal,Inc. <br />
