The <br /> Conditional No Further Action Determination stated that the effective date of this <br /> Determination will be issued to you after Central Valley Water Board staff receives <br /> documentation that the monitoring wells were destroyed with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (County) approval and oversight. <br /> You provided the required information, so the No Further Action Determination for this site is <br /> effective as of the date of this letter. In an email dated 22 June 2009, a County representative <br /> provided documentation demonstrating that the monitoring wells were destroyed on <br /> 22 June 2009 with County oversight. <br /> Issuance of a No Further Action Determination does not preclude future action by the Central <br /> Valley Water Board if subsequent monitoring, testing, or analysis at the Site indicates that the <br /> remedial action standards and objectives were not achieved; a new or previously undiscovered <br /> release occurs at this site; or if new information indicates that further site investigation and <br /> remedial action are required to prevent a significant risk to human health and safety, the <br /> environment, or water quality. <br /> If you have questions about this letter, you may call Kristi Shelton at (916) 464-4819. <br /> A <br /> 7 <br /> ANTONIA K.J.
