The proposed development project includes:
1. Conversion of the cold storage facility into a food trailer manufacturing facility.
2. The OWTS usage from existing septic system used by 12 full-time employees 260 days a year and
potential increase of 4 more employee with effluent waste of 320 gallons per day.
Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard
OWTS usage for the existing parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-
1105.2(d), provided the existing OWTS and 100% replacement areas can meet all required minimum
setbacks.
Any deviation to proposed development or OWTS usage other than mentioned above shall require new Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study.
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
REHS, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 468-3436.
Michael Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Advanced GeoEnvironmental- 837 N.
