SECOR
JN 40007-130-01
• Q lratersaatioractlhrcorporated
June 6, 1997
Mr. Michael Whelan
ARCO Products Company
704 2280'Avenue
Redmond, WA 98053
PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT ADDENDUM
Groundwater Monitoring Results
Proposed AM/PM Facility#YWNE
.--24-70 West Grant Line Road
Tracy, California
Dear Mr. Whelan:
This letter should be considered as an addendum to SECOR's previous Phase II Environmental
Site Assessment: Proposed AM/PM Facility#YWNE,Tracy, California, dated June 4, 1997. The
purpose of this addendum is to provide additional groundwater information for the proposed
am/pm facility located at 2470 West Grant Line Road, Tracy, California. A brief discussion of the
additional findings is presented in the following summary:
SUMMARY
The initial groundwater survey, conducted on May 22, 1997, indicated that localized site
conditions may have contributed to unexplained variations in water level readings. A new set of
groundwater elevations were obtained from the monitoring wells at the site by SECOR personnel
on June 5, 1997. This new information, gathered after an additional two week period, indicates
that subsurface lithology caused an unevenly slow recharge of the wells that affected our initial
field measurements. The water levels appear to have now stabilized and the results of the new
data are outlined in the following table:
1N 4uV07.130-U1 )
Il,guusw'y'-UC>U11 W11 AilAtiil dm
25864-F Business Center Drive,Redlands, CA 92374-4515 (909)335-6116 (909.)335-6120 FAX wu-msecor.cont
