INC. <br /> 419 S MAIN ST 419 S MAIN ST <br /> MANTECA, CA 95337 MANTECA, CA 95336 <br /> On May 21, 2018, Aaron Hang of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> performed a routine underground storage tank inspection at the above referenced site. <br /> An inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into <br /> compliance. This information was required to be submitted 30 days after receiving the inspection <br /> report. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> The outstanding violations are itemized on the following pages and may include violations from past <br /> inspections. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD <br /> with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, <br /> and any supporting paperwork. <br /> Based on the non-compliance, your facility will not be issued a permit to operate for the 2017 <br /> year until compliance is obtained. <br /> Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, <br /> is billed at the current hourly rate ($152).
