In the course of the inspection several manifests were available for review that were not listed on the WTMS. The hauler name listed on all of the manifests is "RT Tire." The TPID used by the hauler is 1001792-01, which according to the WTMS, belongs to "Treadmasters, Inc.DBA Quality Used Tires." All of the manifests in question were filled out between 3/31/10 and 7/22/10. This indicates that the hauler has not submitted the manifests to CalRecycle within the 90 day period. Copies of the manifests in question have been sent along with this complaint.
