Jennifer Frase [EH]
From: Jennifer Frase [EH]
Sent: Friday, April 20, 2007 9:07 AM
To: 'lelliott@ciwmb.ca.gov'
Cc: 'KCambridge@ciwmb.ca.gov'
Subject: EA contacts for Kern County
Lew,
My name is Jenni and I work in San Joaquin County as a Tire Inspector. I have a facility, T &T Trucking, here that has a
satellite location in Bakersfield. The contact person here would like to contact Kern County Tire Program EAs in order to
establish a working relationship with them in that area. Until yesterday, The Lodi (San Joaquin) location was keeping
Bakersfield's EDT manifests from McCoy Tire up here, in Lodi. I suppose they haven't been inspected down there in Kern
yet, but want to establish compliance.
TPID# 1324722 is Lodi (San Joaquin County)
TPID# 1323997 is Bakersfield (Kern)
FYI-The Bakersfield #doesn't come up in the system, but is being used by McCoy on manifests. Per T&Ts Manager of
Compliance, Dan Marino (ph#209 639-3906), in the past T&T had a competitor with a similar name and settled a lawsuit
to change the competitor's DBA name. My facility remains T&T Trucking, Inc. Perhaps the T&T in Bakersfield was issued
a new TPID# ? I cannot figure it out.
Feel free to contact me with any questions. I would like to kept up to date in the outcome, if possible. Thanks for your help-
Jenni
Jenni Frase
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E.
