Mohler Road, in the City of
Ripon, State of California, in San Joaquin County.
The planned development proposes to separate out Parcel No. 1 , 2.0 acres, from
a larger 20.0 acres agricultural parcel for a mobile home site. The test was per-
formed in accordance with the percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual
of Septic Tank Practice" , published by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and
Welfare, and per requirements of the San Joaquin County Health District.
Engineer' s Certificate:
On December 13 and 14, 1988, one percolation test was performed on the above
referenced property under my direction in conformance with San Joaquin Ordinance
No. 549. The approximate location of the soil profile and percolation test holes
are shown on the accompanying Parcel Detail Map.
A percolation rate of 30 minutes per inch is the result of the test and a
10,000 sq. ft. minimum usable sewage disposal area for Parcel No. 1 is recommended.
