A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . A 5—foot wide roadway dedication is required on Mohler Road <br /> along the frontage of Parcel 1 . <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION <br /> 1 . If the garage /shed exceeds 1000 square feet , it shall be <br /> located 20 feet from the property line or be provided with a <br /> one hour fire wall <br /> 2 . If a one hour fire wall is to be provided on the west <br /> property line , it shall be completed prior to approval of <br /> the Parcel Map . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test , 10—foot soil profile , and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Local Health District approval . A permit for <br /> the percolation test from the Health District is required . <br /> SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> 1 . All District easements shall be shown on the Final Map . <br /> 2 . Encroachment agreements shall be entered into for <br /> development with easements . <br /> Note : A copy of the District -s letter in response to this <br /> application is included for your information . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> A Notice of Nonrenewal of the Williamson Act Contract shall <br /> be filed on Parcel 1 . A recorded copy of this Notice with <br /> all required signatures shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Division. <br />
