This effort will allow our company to improve invoice processing <br /> time while reducing the expense necessary to complete. <br /> To ensure the process operates as efficiently as possible we are requesting the following from our suppliers <br /> beginning August 15th, 2009: <br /> 1. All invoices should be sent to our centralized processing center. The address is 95 Oakwood Drive, <br /> LakeZurich—lL 60047. Invoices will be scanned, uploaded, and processed from this location. <br /> 2. Invoices must be original, clear and readable. <br /> 3. Invoices must not contain staples. <br /> The above items are critical to ensure the success of this project and allow us to maximize efficiencies. <br /> Your cooperation is essential.
