All other analyzed <br /> constituents were below laboratory detection limits. The laboratory results are included in <br /> Attachment D. <br /> Soil and Groundwater Disposal <br /> Soil Disposal <br /> A soil disposal profile was prepared and be submitted to Republic Services' Forward Landfill in <br /> Manteca. The profile was approved on May 26, 2011 and the soil derived waste was hauled to the <br /> Forward Landfill by Thorpe Oil Company on May 27, 2011. A copy of the manifest is included as <br /> Attachment E. <br /> Groundwater Disposal <br /> On June 3, 2011 American Valley Waste Oil of Delhi, California removed the groundwater derived <br /> waste from the site. <br /> All required corrective actions have now been completed and we look forward to receipt of <br /> written confirmation of the effective date of the No Further Action Determination.
