A letter frorn the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . A <br /> will serve letter is required from the sewer district <br /> stating treat they have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br /> 3 . Open, pump, and backfill the septic tanks on parcel 1 <br /> and 2 , under permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District . <br /> 4 . Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Health District . <br /> 5 .
