• <br /> AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-82 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 2 . EITVIRONIIE14TAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the development <br /> and that the system meets State Standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> b. Connection a public sewer system is required. A Will Serve <br /> letter is required from the sewer district stating that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the proposed project prior to <br /> recording the final map. <br /> c., Open, pump , and backfill the septic tanks on Parcels 1 and <br /> / 2 , under permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> d.� Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Health District . <br /> e. /' Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water <br /> supply systems if any of the existing wells are used for <br /> irrigation. <br /> 3 . STOCKTON FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. A fire hydrant capable of 1500 gpm shall be required. <br /> b. Access roadways conforming to U.F.C . Section 10 . 207 shall be <br /> provided . <br /> 4 . PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> a. Any relocation or undergrounding of existing gas and <br /> electric facilities within the subdivision shall be at the <br /> owner/developer ' s expense . <br /> b. A ten-foot ( 10 ' ) wide public utility easement shall be <br /> dedicated along the southerly boundary line of Parcels 1 , 2 , <br /> 3 and 4 . <br /> 5 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. The existing garage shall be removed. <br />
