(AGE) has prepared this Site <br /> Assessment Work Plan for the property at 816 East Hazelton Avenue (APN 149-270-50), Stockton, <br /> California. The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. This investigation is being preformed <br /> as p:rt of an environmental due diligence for a property transfer. No regulatory directives for the <br /> performance of any investigation has been provided to AGE. <br /> Also included is a site specific health and safety plan, a service request form, a boring permit and <br /> boring permit fee. We would like to initiate the field work ort Thursday May 18th 2000. <br /> SCOPE, OF WORK <br /> During all environment site reconnaissance AGE personnel identified several areas of environmental <br /> concern, including a former underground storage tank (UST) location and based on the past usage <br /> of the site, this work plan has been prepared for the subsurficc investigation of those areas. <br /> The scope of work will include the advancement of up to ten soil probe borings to depths of 10 feet <br /> below surface grade (bsg) and one soil boring in the arca of a former UST to ground water at <br /> approximately 40 feet bsg. However, if field observations indicate that significant contamination is <br /> present at the site, selected probe borings may be advanced to greater depths or to ground water, or <br /> additional probe borings may be advanced. Proposed probe boring locations are illustrated in <br /> Figure 2. <br /> Soil samples will be collected from each probe boring; grab ground water samples will be collected <br /> from one borings where ground water is encountered.
