AMENDED <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-B9-97 <br /> GLEN CULBERTSON <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1 . PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a . A Parcel Map is required . <br /> b. A 5-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Elliott Road <br /> and Pearl Road along the frontage of Parcels 1 & 2. <br /> C . The frontage improvements for Pearl Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way farm or estate subdivision street across Parcel <br /> 2. The construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> (A $250. 00 fee is required for processing Ordinance No. 3337 <br /> in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an engineer ' s <br /> estimate with a typical section drawing of the required <br /> frontage improvements on a form to be supplied by the Public <br /> Works Department . ) <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct an individual domestic water well , for Parcel 2, <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system for Parcel 2, <br /> under a permit and inspection by the environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy . <br />
