WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS 12 <br /> J. R. SIMPLOT COMPANY <br /> LATHROP, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 3. In the event of any change in ownership of this waste management facility, the <br /> Discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or operator in writing of the existence of <br /> this Order. A copy of that notification shall be sent to the Board. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall submit a closure and post-closure maintenance plan (or submit <br /> suitable modifications to a preexisting plan), that complies with Article 8 of Chapter 15 <br /> within 180 days of the date of this Order. <br /> 5. Within 90 days of establishing an evaluation monitoring program,the Discharger shall <br /> submit to the Board an amended Report of Waste Discharge pursuant to Section <br /> 2550.9(d) of Chapter 15. The amended Report of Waste Discharge shall address the <br /> establishment of a corrective action program pursuant to Section 2550.10 of Chapter <br /> 15. <br /> 6. The compliance period as defined in Section 2550.6 of Chapter 15 shall begin each time <br /> the Discharger initiates an evaluation monitoring program and shall continue until the <br /> Discharger can demonstrate either that the WW has been in continuous compliance <br /> with the water quality protection standard for a period of three consecutive years, or <br /> that a release did not occur pursuant to Section 2550.9(f). <br /> I, WILLIAM H.
