Smith property located at <br /> 407 North Alpine Road, Stockton, California . <br /> The planned development proposes splitting a 55 . 5 acre <br /> parcel into Parcel No. 1 - 2 . 5 acres and Parcel No. 2 - 53. 0 <br /> .acres . The test was performed in accordance with the percolation <br /> test procedure in the "Manual of Septic Tank Practice" , published <br /> by the U. S . Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin Health District . <br /> Engineer ' s Certificate <br /> On July 19 and July 20, 1990 , one percolation test was performed <br /> on the above property by me in conformance with San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> No. 549 . The approximate location of the percolation test hole <br /> is shown on the attached Parcel Detail Map. <br /> A percolation rate of 22 minutes per inch is the result <br /> of the test and a 10 , 000 square foot minimum usable disposal <br /> area is recommended. <br /> Dwain C.
