Exhibit A <br /> The environmental site assessment includes a Phase II, as described below. <br /> Phase II Environmental Site Assessment: Holes 3.5 inches in diameter will be bored to a <br /> depth of no more than 30 feet. These holes will be located outside of the building. Soil <br /> samples will be collected from the holes using a hand auger, a geoprobe, or a drilling rig. <br /> Ground water samples will be collected from the same borings.
