Ontario Street, Suite#200 <br /> Burbank, California 91504 <br /> Subject: Work Plan for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment <br /> Proposed Stockton Courthouse (AOC Ref. #RFP 366) <br /> 45 Hunter Square <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Desai: <br /> As per your request, Ninyo & Moore is pleased to provide this Work Plan for the field activities <br /> that will be conducted during the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the above- <br /> referenced property. The Phase II ESA activities are being completed prior to a property transac- <br /> tion between the Judicial Council of California and the current site owner, for the construction of <br /> a new courthouse building. This Work Plan addresses the second of three properties located on <br /> the west side of Hunter Square (see attached figure). Phase II ESA activities were recently con- <br /> ducted at 33 Hunter Square. <br /> Ninyo & Moore proposes to advance three soil borings on the 45 Hunter Square property, con- <br /> duct soil and groundwater sampling for laboratory analyses and prepare a summary report. <br /> PERMITTING <br /> A permit from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) for the <br /> advancement of soil borings was recently obtained for the Phase II ESA work conducted at the <br /> adjacent property, 33 Hunter Square, and an additional permit is not required for the 45 Hunter <br /> Square (Lori Duncan, SJCEHD telephone conversation September 13, 2010).
