The irregularly shaped parcel at 240 North Hunter
Street consists of 0.27 acres and is the current location of J.F. Donaldson Tire, a tire dealer and
automotive repair shop. The site is improved with a single story,three-bay, service garage which
encompasses the majority of the subject site.
