Alleged Violation: The Inspection Report stated the following: "Response Plan needs <br /> site map indicating location of all sensors. Also, monitoring plan should be specific <br /> regarding types of monitoring performed for each tank separately. Provide complete <br /> M&R Plan to EHD by 4/25/03." In the corresponding Violation checklist, a check was <br /> placed next to "CCR 2632(d) Monitoring & Response Plan." <br /> Response: Thank you for informing us of EHD's position on what specific information <br /> should be contained in a monitoring and response plan. In response to your request, <br /> enclosed with this letter is a revised monitoring and response plan for facility 2133. <br /> 2. Alleged Violation: The Compliance Inspection Report stated the following: <br /> "Maintenance & Monitoring records don't show when alarms occur or what happens to <br /> correct alarm situation. Begin documenting this information immediately" In the <br /> corresponding Violation checklist, a check was placed next to "CCR 2712(b) <br /> Maintenance & Monitoring records." <br />
