GEO-PHASE
ENVIRONMENTAL
Work Plan
Boudanes Property
119 S. Hunter Street, Stockton, CA
(APN: 149-040-12)
February 19, 2004
Project No. 422.2
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Property occupies a vacant lot on the west side of Hunter Street just south
of its intersection Market Street. It consists of a rectangular-shaped parcel with
a total area of about 9,800 square feet (0.23 acres). On August 1, 2003, Geo-
Phase Environmental Inc completed a Phase I environmental site assessment
(ESA) of the subject Property. The Phase I ESA identified past uses of the
Property including use as an auto service shop dating from about 1915 to about
the early 1960's.
2.0 PROPOSED INVESTIGATION
The purpose of soil boring investigation is to assess environmental conditions
associated with the past use of the site as an auto service shop. To accomplish
this goal, Geo-Phase Environmental Inc. proposes two Geo-Probe soil borings to
collect soil and groundwater samples from site near each end of the lot.
2.1 Field Work
The field work associated with this work plan will consist of mobilizing to the
site with a Geo-Probe drilling rig and advancing two soil borings at designated
locations for the purpose of obtaining soil and groundwater samples.
2937 Veneman Avenue, Suite B240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc. Phone: (209)569-0293
Modesto, Ca 95356 Fax: (209)569-0295
