The USTs and surrounding impacted soil were removed <br /> under oversight by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department in 2003. <br /> In the letter, you state it appears that the UST issue may be considered a low risk to human <br /> health and safety and to water quality and that you are proceeding with case closure under the <br /> RWQCB's low-risk UST case guidance.
