Check for $488.00 for Well and Boring Permit Fees <br /> Attached are a copy of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's Well and <br /> Boring Permit Application, the Boring Location Plan, and a check for the Well and Boring Permit <br /> Application fee for work proposed by AMEC Geomatrix, Inc. near the UniFirst facility in <br /> Stockton, California. Work shall consist of coring through the sidewalk and drilling borings in <br /> nine locations (Al, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, and C3) along N. Hunter Street, as shown in the <br /> Boring Location Plan. The borings will be drilled to depths of 45, 75, and 105 feet bgs for the A, <br /> B, and C groups, respectively. Hydrogen Release Compound will then be injected and the <br /> borings will be grouted to grade with neat cement grout in accordance with the County of San <br /> Joaquin Environmental Health Department requirements. Finally the sidewalk will be patched in <br /> accordance with City of Stockton standards.
