Box 8038 <br /> Stockton, CA 95208 <br /> NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br /> OF <br /> NEW WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER <br /> FOR <br /> MORADA PRODUCE COMPANY <br /> LINDEN PACKING SHED <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2003-0178 for the Linden Packing Shed was <br /> adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, at its <br /> 5 December 2003 meeting. <br /> Please note that the WDRs contain compliance schedules with specific timetables for submitting reports <br /> and conducting studies to the wastewater system. The first scheduled due date is 5 January 2004, when <br /> you must submit information on your storm water system. In addition, the WDRs contain a Monitoring <br /> and Reporting Program (MRP) which contains specified monitoring requirements for you to implement. <br /> Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish the appropriate sampling schedules and <br /> protocols.
