Pn r.l FVFt`.ITS November 19 2015 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item # Remarks <br /> CCR 66262.34(e)(1)(B) Stored satellite accumulated waste on site longer than one year or 180 days after fill date. <br /> In the metal shop is a container of hazardous waste metal tines that has not been closea shut and was marked with <br /> an accumulation start date of 4-15-14. This waste appears to have been on site longer than one year. This container <br /> has not been marked with a hazardous waste property nor a physical state. Satellite accumulated waste shall not be <br /> stored on site for more than 180 days after the container was filled, or a total of one year, whichever comes first. <br /> Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation. Class II. <br /> X05 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the metal shop is a container of hazardous waste metal fines that has not been marked with a hazardous waste <br /> property and a physical state. In the lower level hallway is a drum of used oil that lists Pardee Center for the address <br /> This facility is not the Pardee Center. Also, this drum has not been marked with a hazardous waste property and a <br /> physical state. Near the drum of used oil is a container of hazardous waste oily rags. This container has not been <br /> marked with a hazardous waste property and a physical state. In the hazardous waste storage shed are three bags of <br /> hazardous waste that have not been marked with a hazardous waste property and a physical state. During the <br /> nspection, the hazardous waste property of toxic and the physical state of solid were marked on the three bags of <br /> azardous waste. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site to conduct a routine hazardous waste inspection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 12-19-15. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
