Reportable quantities of hazardous materials-reportable quantities are 55 gallons or <br /> more of liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases, with <br /> some exceptions. Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to be reported <br /> as a hazardous material if storing 1,200 cubic feet (137 pounds) or more onsite in San <br /> Joaquin County — Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program (HSC Sections 25508 <br /> & 25500 et sec.) <br /> d.
