Please change to say provided elsewhere in the <br />California Environmental Reporting System Training programs for all employees and annual training, including <br />refresher courses, shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event <br />of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the <br />following: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br />program agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br />These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) Annually. The hazardous material business plan was last submitted on 12/1/2017. Please make a <br />submittal for 2019 and 2020. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />All violations were corrected on site. Areas that were inspected are hanger 1, hanger 2, and the fueling area, <br />chemical mixing area, office, and the facility yard. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
