You requested a permit application be filed and a $375 penalty fee <br />would apply. <br />Resolution 1: The contractor who performed the work, Walton Engineering, has submitted an application <br />along with the necessary fees. A copy of the application and confirmation of receipt by your office is <br />attached. <br />Item 2: On your inspection report you noted that the emergency contact information was lacking on the <br />store's contingency plan and needed to be updated in CERS. <br />Resolution 2: The store's contingency plan has been updated and reloaded to CERS and is available for <br />review. <br />This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7 -Eleven assumes that all issues <br />regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
