Item 1: On your inspection report you noted that the 87 turbine sump vacuum sensor had been replaced and that the work required a permit. You requested a permit application be filed and a $375 penalty fee would apply. Resolution 1: The contractor who performed the work, Walton Engineering, has submitted an application along with the necessary fees. A copy of the application and confirmation of receipt by your office is attached. Item 2: On your inspection report you noted that the emergency contact information was lacking on the store's contingency plan and needed to be updated in CERS. Resolution 2: The store's contingency plan has been updated and reloaded to CERS and is available for review. This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7 -Eleven assumes that all issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
