All approved safety procedures and permits must be followed at all times e.g. <br />confined space entry, electrical lockout/tagout, entry control, hot work, etc. <br />• Line Break and Equipment lock out tagout must be performed per Division policy <br />D3.2.06 <br />• Excavation and Concrete cutting must be performed per Division policy D3.2.04 <br />• Confined Space entry must be performed per Division policy D3.2.02 and TRAC <br />3.2.02. <br />• A permit is required for all work. If a Hot work, High Work, or Hazardous <br />Energy permit does not apply to the job, then a Safe Work Permit must be <br />completed per D3.2.10 <br />12. Only trained personnel will operate equipment. <br />13. Equipment will only be operated with guards in place. For special needs, a <br />supervisor must give authorization to operate equipment without appropriate <br />guards. <br />14. Illegal drugs and alcohol are not permitted. Prescription drugs that may impact <br />alertness must be brought to a supervisor's immediate attention. <br />15. Horseplay or fighting is not permitted. <br />16. Facial hair that may interfere with respiratory equipment is not permitted. <br />17. Eating is restricted to the lunchroom, office and designated areas. Wash hands <br />thoroughly before eating. <br />18. Do not drink water from any outlet, hose, or spigot. Drink water from approved, <br />clean water coolers. Fresh drinking water is available via 5 gallon water <br />containers located in the employee lunch room and the Powell machine laboratory <br />19. All ladders must be tied off at the top or secured in some manner to keep from <br />slipping, shifting or falling. Division Policy D 3.2.26 Fall Protection Program <br />describes the fall protection and high work requirements for the site. <br />20. The speed limit on site is 10 MPH for all vehicles. <br />21. Seatbelts must be worn while operating or riding in any motorized vehicle such as <br />trucks, forklifts, etc. <br />22. All Production employees are required to have their radio on their person at all <br />times when working in the process areas of the plant. Contractors working on site <br />in the process areas should have one member of the crew wearing a radio. <br />Security will issue radios to contractors.
