In case of <br />clear emergency security should dial 911. If the situation allows, security should also <br />contact the Plant Manager and Operations Supervisor. <br />Security should not disable the Truck Gate so that the Operations Supervisor and/or Plant <br />Manager can enter the plant if necessary. <br />Security should proceed to the admin building with all safety gear including escape respirator <br />and radio. Security should note the direction of the windsock as they exit. <br />If the main siren has sounded, security should first trip the HVAC for the admin building <br />and then view the C12 monitor screens. Security should report C12 monitor readings and <br />windsock direction to the Plant Manager and/or Operations Supervisor. Further direction <br />will be provided to security by the Plant Manager and/or Operations Supervisor. Gross decontamination procedures should be followed as closely <br />as possible to ensure the safety of the emergency medical personnel and the receiving hospital. <br />The Tracy site is not equipped with medical monitoring equipment. In the event of Emergency <br />response, the site will request that the Tracy Fire Department perform medical monitoring of the <br />Emergency response entry teams. <br />
