Your facility now <br />states in a letter dated 11/1/2019 that it has self -declared the regulated waste in the facility as RCRA- <br />hazardous. <br />Based on your self -declaration of the facility's waste as DOD <br />A -hazardous in your current <br />correspondence and a review of our records, we have determined that you no longer meet the <br />requirements in HSC § 117680 of a Large Quantity Generator under the Medical Waste Management <br />Act.
