A percolation test <br /> that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E . P . A . Design <br /> Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel . The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment . <br /> c . The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> ( DBCP ) with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit ( s ) . Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State - approved <br /> laboratory ( San Joaquin County Development Title , Section 9 - 1115 . 7 ) . <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial , managerial , and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure , wholesome , and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title , Sections 9 - 1120 . 2 and 9 - 1115 . 9 and C . C . R . , Title 22 , <br /> and Health and Safety Code , Section 116525 116570 . <br /> Applicant shall contact Robert McClellon , Program Coordinator , Small Public Water <br /> System Program ; _ at ( 209 ) 468 - 0332 , to determine if the existing Transient Non - community <br /> water well can be permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy . <br /> d . Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for . In addition , show <br /> on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over , <br /> parked on , or used as a storage area . This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only , and it cannot contain any underground utility lines ( San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title , Section 9 - 1110 . 4 ( c ) ( 5 ) ) . <br /> In addition , the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100 % designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area . <br /> e . Construction of an individual - sewage disposal system ( s ) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings ( San Joaquin County Development Title , <br /> Section 9 - 1110 . 3 & 9 - 1110 . 4 . <br /> f . Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite , the owner/operator <br /> must report to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) which can be found <br /> at cers . calepa . ca . gov/ for the following : <br /> ( 1 ) Any amount of hazardous waste ( for distribution centers this may include broken or <br /> damaged pallets ( or individual containers ) of hazardous materials , soaps , perfumes , <br /> cleaners , dyes , nicotine , over the counter medicines , or other household items <br /> packaged for sale that have been damaged ; used oil , used oil filters , used oil - <br /> PA- 1800071 — Updated Conditions of Approval 5 <br />
