Facility is not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. A small container with oil and grease sifting on a stack of materials, and several oil spills with absorbent material not picked up. Immediately, move the container to safe location, put a lid on it and label it with HW label. Also, use facility's best management practice to sweep up all absorbent it a timely manner. Submit proof of corrective action to this office within 30 days of receiving this report. 20. Failed to completely label containers and tanks of hazardous waste. 2 - 55 gallon drum with unknown liquid not labeled with HW label. A used oil tank not labeled with accumulation start date. 1 small yellow container in the shop area not labeled 1 - 30 gallon drum with unknown liquid not labeled with hazardous waste. All HW storage containers must be labeled with at least the following information: the word "Hazardous waste, name and address of generator, accumulation start date, content, physical state and hazardous properties. A tank must be labeled with the word "Hazardous waste", and accumulation start date. Submit proof of corrective action to this office within 30 days of receiving this report. 50. Facility stored HW for longer than 180 days. Since none of the HW tank or container had accumulation start date it could not be determined how long the waste has been on site. Immediately, dispose of all HW from the facility and submit disposal records to this office within 30 days of receiving this report. "d w �✓La 61 and 63. Facility could not locate disposal record for all the HW�disposed in past three years. Immediately, locate and submit all disposal record for past 3 years to this office for review within 30 days of receiving this report. Notes: A copy of the return to compliance certification must be submit to this office with the requested documents within 30 days of receiving this report. Provided labels and labeling instructions. Modified contingency plan was provided, filled out by Mike Flores and put by a phone. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE SILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($115).
