This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test is required, on <br /> parcel #1 , for Environmental Health Division approval . <br /> A permit for the percolation tests from the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development . <br /> 3 . Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4 . State on revised plans or improvement plans the <br /> location of the existing septic disposal system for the <br /> rental unit . <br /> 5 .
