RESNA EMPLOYEE'S INJURY AND ILLNESS <br /> PREVENTION PROGRAM <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> As a minimum Level D protection is required on all RESNA work sites. Level D includes: <br /> V Steel toed boots <br /> V Safety Glasses <br /> V Hard Hat <br /> For each task on this project, identify additional protective garments as required, include the conditions <br /> under which the level of PPE would be modified for each task. <br /> Task(s) Condition::..............
